Construction Management Support

From its inception, Texas American Engineering has maintained the philosophy that engineering requires an understanding of construction. As such, construction management support continues to be a key element of Texas American Engineering’s project experience.

  • City of Houston Water Project 10448. Involved the design, quality control reviews, and construction management support of a 66-inch water transmission main in the Greenspoint area. Txame was responsible for approximately $2,950,000 in construction costs.
  • City of Houston Water Project 10386. Involved in the design, quality control reviews, and construction management support of 10, 700 L.F. of 36 inch Water Main along N. Wayside Dr. Txame was responsible for approximately $1,425,000.00 in construction cost.
  • City of Houston Almeda Sims Sludge Drying Facility. Involved in construction management support of the improvements to the existing on site facilities and the construction of the new facilities to increase capacity and efficiency.
  • City of Houston Water Project No: WA10448-11 (SWTP 17C). Involved in construction management support of the Acres Homes Pump Station expansion and surface water conversion. Txame was responsible for all the civil inspection services and claims resolution support. This included 1,900 feet of 54-inch water line, valves and appurtenances along Dolly Wright Street, 1,400 feet of 36 & 30-inch of yard piping, and 1,100 feet of 24 & 16-inch well collection line removal and relocation. Connection to two new tanks.
